• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

At Essenceandsolomon, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of your package being delivered once it meets our exchange requirements. Our policy does NOT allow any refunds.

We provide store credit once it has met our exchange requirements. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, no returns/ exchanges will be accepted.
